It’s in the late afternoon. You just got off work. You search Netflix, looking for something to watch. You just finished a show that was so good you binge watched 10 seasons in a month and a half. Now you’re looking for something new to help you move on. You try one show after another, but nothing is as good as the show you just finished. Oh the Netflix rut. You start staring at the screen, wondering how you will ever move on. Plus, you feel a little depressed because, you know, you watched 10 seasons in a month in a half.
I know how you feel. Been there been caught in that rut. Maybe instead of trying to pick up a new show to fill the void, you should try picking up a book. They are way better.
Don’t get me wrong, I like TV as much as the next girl. Too much probably, but I have to say that there are quite a few more advantages to picking up a book instead.
